Today, Class 3A and 3S from St Michael's primary school endeavoured to walk from their school to Stonehenge. The children set off first thing on their 5km walk to the Stones taking the route that the Stone Age people would have walked between Dunrrington Walls and the historic site.
On the way, the children spotted wild flowers, butterflies and other wildlife.
At the visitor's centre, they learnt about the changes to Stonehenge through time, saw the reconstructed village and tried their hand at pulling the Sarsen Stone! A great day was had by a
